The payout range goes from 35% to 45% and depend on how many points the model and studio have earned.

Every model start at 35% of what the customer is paying + every points earned will increase this percentage.So a model that earned 3.5 pts will get 38.5% of what the customer is paying.

If that model is in a studio that is having a +2 pts bonus, that model will get 40.5 % of what the customers are paying.

Проценты модели колеблются от 35% до 45% и зависят от того, сколько очков  модель и студия заработали.

Каждая модель начинает с 35% + очки повышают ее процент.

Следовательно модель получавшая 35% и 3б5 очка= 38.5% от того, что платит клиент.

Если студия получает еще +2 очка- то модель= 40.5%.

Each week a studio is getting a score on the schedule system that uses the color scheme.

For every hour a model has worked :

In a Bright Green slot it give +2 to the value of the Schedule system

In a Green slot it give +1 to the value of the Schedule system
In a Grey slot it give +0 to the value of the Schedule system
In a Red slot it give -1 to the value of the Schedule system
In a Bright Red slot it give -2 to the value of the Schedule system

At the end of the week, if the value is positive the studios get an extra point for their payout.

Каждую неделю студия получает очки  по графику с цветными схемами.За каждый час работы:

В Ярко зеленом =+2

В Зеленом= +1

В Сером= 0

В бардовом=-1

В Ярко красном=-2

В конце недели, если  результат положительный, то студия получит дополнительные очки.

Schedule
The model has to work at least 80% of the time in their scheduled shift to be counted

Sound
The model needs to use the sound in free chat and private more than 50% of the time

Emails
The models needs to answer 80% of their email

Email must contain at least 2 full line of text.
Email must be validated to be counted.
Models have 7 days to answer an email.

Модели необходимо иметь 10 фотографий в  своей галереи и 10 снэпшотов. Или 5 фото,5 снэпшотов и видеопрезентацию.

График

Модель  должна работать хотябы 80% от своего времени, указанного в графике.

Звук

Модели необходимо использовать звук в бесплатном чате и привате более 50% времени.

Имэйлы

Моделям необходимо отвечать 80% своих имейлов

Имейл должен содержать 2 строчки текста.

Имейл должен быть со смыслом, чтобы его засчитали.

Модели должны отвечать на имейлы в течении 7 дней.
